How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing takes up to 2 working days.
For personalised packaging, the lead time is approximately 4 weeks.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Boxes without personalisation can be ordered from 100 pieces of one size.
Personalised boxes are available for orders from 2000 pieces of one size.
Are the personalised boxes more expensive than the standard ones?
We don't charge extra for personalisation - the only condition is that you order a minimum quantity of boxes. Our boxes can be personalised from 2000 pieces.
Is it possible to order several pieces for samples?
Yes, we offer the possibility to order samples. You are welcome to contact us by email for more details.
Is it possible to order boxes in different sizes in one order?
Of course! You can mix different sizes in one order, as long as the order includes at least 100 pieces of one size each.
